How to successfully start your own Business

There is no magic formula that guarantees success when starting your own business , but when reviewing the success stories of some entrepreneurs we find several common factors that have made the difference between failing and undertaking successfully .

Success in business has little to do with luck, rather it is hard work, discipline and perseverance.

Next, I share a series of steps and tips that will serve as a reference to successfully start your own business .

1. Discover the entrepreneur in you and make the decision to undertake

Most texts and entrepreneurship guides consider that choosing a business idea is the first step to undertake, but my years of experience working with entrepreneurs has shown me that every great business starts when a person discovers the seeds of entrepreneurship inside and He makes the decision to surrender in body, soul and spirit to make his idea a reality.

In this "zero stage" of entrepreneurship it is important to do a self-assessment to get to know each other thoroughly and discover our interests, passions and motivations. It is also good to develop skills and abilities associated with character and leadership.

Never undertake unless you are totally determined to give your all and get up again and again when obstacles make you fall. Remember that no big business was born overnight and many had to face failures that turned into steps towards success.

2. Select a business idea that you are passionate about

Surely hundreds of ideas and business opportunities have passed before your eyes and you don't know which option you should choose, so it is important that you take your time to determine which of all the alternatives is the one you are really passionate about and by which You are willing to fight tirelessly until it comes true.

A common mistake is to look for "the perfect business" or "the most profitable business", because when you put money as the most important factor when undertaking, the safest thing is that the financial part becomes an obsession for you and you end up abandoning your project when profitability is not expected.
